KarteCo workwell is a health management service that captures employees’ day-to-day changes in fatigue and stress as objective data, and connects that to self-care by employees themselves and line care by the company.

Sensing is built into the working day — attendance and the like — to achieve continuous condition management.

A smartphone captures the face and measures the autonomic nervous system and more, making visible the day-to-day fatigue and stress that has been hard to see.
