KarteCo has no system of internal approval circulation (ringi). When a judgment is needed, we ask the Controller directly. We give the information needed, the judgment is made on the spot, and we move on.

We do not spend time on deciding. We spend time on realizing what has been decided.

The controls that are necessary, we carry out thoroughly. But we do not create procedures that only slow decision-making down.
